SHIPPING INFORMATION
Domestic Shipping (USA, Canada, Mexico, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico): Your order will be shipped via the US Post Office and generally takes 3-10 days to arrive.
Global Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping options. Delivery times vary from 7-30 days depending on your location, tracking IDs are issued only for orders within the USA. There may be some restrictions and certain products may not be able to ship to all international destinations. For all international shipments, we use the value of the order for customs documents. Our order and shipping costs do not include any pre-payment for local taxes, duties, or customs fees. If applicable, you will be responsible for paying local taxes, duties, and customs fees at receipt.
Be advised that the above times are from the date of dispatch. All orders are processed as quickly as possible and typically ship within 48 hours from the time the order is received. Orders received on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be available to ship until Monday. On some occasions we may ship your order out in more than one box. We strive to keep the shipping rates low and if it helps you pay less postage, we will separate your order and you will be notified via your email address.
Shipping/Handling Charges: Shipping is calculated based on the items you’re ordering, your location and the shipping provider/method you choose. When you begin the checkout process, your shopping cart will show you the estimated amount for shipping/handling. As you complete the checkout process (before you are billed) you will have the opportunity to select and confirm from the various shipping methods offered.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately and provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. Inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. Keep the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
LOST/UNDELIVERED ITEMS
Please double-check your shipping and email address at the time of purchase to make sure the correct information is provided. Mailing addresses are copied exactly as you enter them and we are not responsible for items that are lost, returned or delivered to the wrong address because the information provided was incorrect. This is especially important for international orders, which are all double-checked by hand as a courtesy, however if the information provided is incorrect, there’s no way for us to know or be able to fix it.
